Kimberly joined Animal Medical Care Center in 2020 as a veterinary technician student, working alongside the team while completing her education. Shortly after, she earned her license as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. With over nine years of experience in the veterinary field, Kimberly brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge paired with thoughtful, people-centered leadership.

She recently stepped into the role of Hospital Manager, where she leads with transparency, collaboration, and respect for healthy work-life boundaries. Kimberly is a big-picture thinker who excels at recognizing patterns, anticipating challenges, and keeping teams aligned on what truly matters. She believes leadership isn’t about memorizing every detail, it’s about building strong systems, supporting great teams, and giving people the tools they need to do their best work.

Kimberly values thoughtful decision-making over ego and prioritizes collaboration at every level. She is committed to fostering an environment where team members feel supported and where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to improve processes, not place blame. At the end of the day, her leadership focuses on education, collaboration, and continuous improvement, all with the goal of delivering the highest quality care to patients.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her four beloved cats; Salem, Storm, Sage, Scarlet and Simba. In her downtime, she loves being outdoors, going on nature hikes, and living a crazy cat lady life with her husband!
